Our Heart on This
Every item in our shop is created with prayer and purpose, and most are made to order especially for you. That means we handle refunds a little differently than a big-box store. We promise to always be fair, kind, and quick to make things right when something is genuinely wrong.
Digital Products
Because digital products (such as guides, journals, and downloads) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, please reach out within 14 days and we will gladly help you get it.
Physical Apparel — Made to Order
Our apparel and printed items are produced on demand by our print partner, Printful, and printed especially for you after you order. For this reason:
- We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (for example, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size or color).
- Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering, and reach out if you have any questions.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will absolutely make it right.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because production begins quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet entered printing. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or your order seems lost in transit, please reach out and we will help you resolve it. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines.
Refund Timing
When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
