Shipping policy
Here is exactly how and when your order reaches you, sis. Because some items are sent instantly and others are lovingly made to order, this page explains both, so there are no surprises.
Digital Products
Digital items, such as guides, journals, and downloads, are delivered instantly to your email right after your purchase is complete. There is no shipping cost and no waiting.
- Please check your inbox, and your spam or promotions folder, for your download link.
- If you do not receive it within a few minutes, reach out through our Contact page and we will send it straight to you.
Physical Apparel & Gifts
Our apparel and printed items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Because each piece is printed especially for you, your order includes a short production time before it ships.
- Production & shipping: most apparel is printed and shipped within 3–7 business days of your order.
- Delivery: after it ships, standard carrier delivery applies, which is typically a few additional business days within the United States, and longer for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it on its way to you. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the item.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart, so you will always see the cost before you pay.
International Shipping
We are honored to reach Miracle Mamas around the world. For international orders:
- Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to fix it before your order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will work with Printful and the carrier to make it right. See our Refund Policy for how replacements and refunds are handled.
